Ordering

Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase at checkout.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The information provided when placing an order is used solely for order fulfillment and resolving any potential issues related to the order.

By placing an order, you agree to the current ordering and delivery terms.

As all products are made to order, the delivery time is typically 1–3 weeks.

Production and Delivery

All products are made to order in Finland.

Posters and canvas prints are produced based on original paintings using high-quality materials. Production and delivery are handled by Dialab.

The finished product will be delivered:

  • domestic via Matkahuolto or DB Schenker

  • or can be picked up from Dialab's location in Kalasatama, Helsinki

  • all international shipments are delivered via UPS. Delivery times and availability may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time is typically 1–3 weeks.

Returns and Complaints

As all products are made to order, they are not subject to standard return or exchange rights.

If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or lost in transit, it will be replaced or refunded on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Payments are processed through a secure payment service provider.
All transactions are completed safely at checkout, and payment card details are not stored in the online store system.

Privacy

When using the online store, you can trust that your data is handled securely.
We only collect information necessary for order processing and customer service.

We collect:

  • name, address, phone number, and email address

  • order details

  • payment-related information via the payment provider

Your data is used for:

  • order fulfillment

  • customer service

  • fulfilling legal obligations

We do not share your data with third parties without a justified reason.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, as well as to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
