1. General

These terms of use apply to all transactions between the customer and the seller in this online store.

2. Products and Prices

The online store sells posters and canvas prints that are made to order.

All prices are listed in euros (VAT 0%, small-scale business exemption).

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

3. Payment

Products are paid for at the time of order using the payment methods available in the online store.

Payments are processed by Paytrail and Klarna.
All payments are handled securely within the payment provider's system.

4. Delivery

Products are made to order by a partner company (Dialab Oy) and shipped directly to the customer.

Delivery time consists of production and shipping and is typically 1–3 weeks.
Shipping costs are added to the total at checkout.

5. Right of Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

As the products are made to order based on the customer's request, they are not subject to the standard 14-day right of cancellation, return, or exchange under consumer protection law.

6. Complaints

If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, the customer may submit a complaint via email at taika.joensuu@gmail.com.

A defective product will be replaced or refunded.

7. Liability and Third Parties

The seller is responsible for the online store, order processing, and customer service.

Production and delivery of the products are carried out by a partner company (Dialab Oy).

8. Copyright

All copyrights to the products and images belong to Taika Joensuu unless otherwise stated.

The customer has the right to use the purchased physical product for private use only.
Reproduction, distribution, copying, or commercial use of the images is not permitted without permission.

9. Processing of Personal Data

Customer personal data is processed for order fulfillment and customer relationship management.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
